Michael Hassell has the honour of interviewing his father Jim Hassell.
Jim is recently retired from Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt LLP, where he has 4 decades of experience in labour relations and employment law. Jim conducted hundreds of arbitrations and also has experience as decision-maker on boards of arbitration, thus he brings the perspective of counsel and arbitrator.
Episode 4 stresses the importance of opening statements, the use of story telling, how to structure an opening and keeping it brief.
